HB 41: Privileged Communications

GENERAL BILL by Bloom

Privileged Communications; provides for parent-child privilege pursuant to which parent or child may refuse to disclose, or prevent another from disclosing, certain communications intended to be made in confidence between parent & child; provides for privilege to be claimed by child or parent, or child's or parent's guardian or conservator; provides legal presumption for authority to claim privilege absent contrary evidence, etc. Creates 90.5045.
