Emergency Management Planning; revises provisions re registration of persons requiring special needs assistance in emergencies; provides for recruitment of health care practitioners for special needs shelters; requires home health agencies to prepare comprehensive emergency management plan; provides for establishment of registry of EMTs & paramedics for disasters & emergencies & establishment of health practitioner registry for disasters & emergencies, etc. Amend FS. APPROPRIATION: $4,034,524.
