GENERAL BILL by Forman ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Klein
Jeremy Fiedelholtz Safe Day Care Act; creates said act; provides penalty for making misrepresentations to certain persons re licensure or operation of child care facility or family day care home & penalty for negligence or intentional act & parent or guardian relied on misrepresentation; provides for ranking of violations on offense severity ranking chart; provides duties for state agencies sponsoring child care programs for children & dependents of state officers & employees. Amends FS.
Effective Date: 10/01/1999 except as otherwise provided
