School Safety & Truancy Reduction; (THIS BILL COMBINED IN CS/H751,753,755) requires school improvement plans to include additional issues; provides for priorities for school districts projecting FTE for certain dropout prevention programs; requires students in grades 1-12 to be eligible for dropout prevention programs; provides for applications by school districts to DOE for grants to operate second chance schools, etc. Amends FS.
