GENERAL BILL by Agriculture and Consumer Services ; Agriculture and Consumer Services

Wildfires; provides Forestry Division of Agriculture & Consumer Services Dept. with responsibility to prevent, detect, & suppress wildfires; authorizes division to appoint additional personnel to fight wildfires; provides for wildfire training & fire management & emergency response assistance; provides for agreements or contracts with private sector for fire prevention activities; creates advisory committee, etc. Amends Ch. 590.
