GENERAL BILL by Gutman
Nursing Home Quality Improvement Act; creates "Nursing Home Quality Improvement Act of 1999"; revises rights of residents of nursing home facilities & provides additional rights; requires facilities to keep complete & accurate medical records; requires agency approval of form of facility contracts with residents; provides that identity of person reporting adult abuse, neglect, or exploitation may be released to Attorney General's Medicaid Fraud Control Unit, etc. Amends FS.
