GENERAL BILL by Regulated Industries ; Children and Families ; Campbell
Compulsive Gambling; directs Alcohol, Drug Abuse, & Mental Health Program Office within CFS Dept. to establish within resources specifically appropriated, program for public education, training, prevention, & treatment; requires lottery personnel & retailers to receive certain education; requires retailers of lottery tickets, pari-mutuel permitholders, & authorized bingo organizations to provide notice of toll-free problem gambling hotline. Amends FS.
