Unlicensed Practice of Health Care; revises provisions re sanctions against unlicensed practice of health care profession; provides legislative intent; revises & expands provisions re civil & administrative remedies; provides criminal penalties; incorporates & modifies substance of current provisions that impose fee to combat unlicensed activity & provide for disposition of proceeds thereof, etc. Amends Ch. 455, 921.0022; reenacts 455.574(1)(d), 468.1295(1), 484.014(1),.056(1).
