Guardianship; transfers responsibility for education & training curriculum of guardians from court to Statewide Public Guardian; limits specific authority for guardian to consent to withdrawal or withholding of lifeprolonging procedures; provides that head of Statewide Public Guardianship Office is Statewide Public Guardian; provides for compensation; deletes interim report requirement, etc. Amends Ch. 744.
