GENERAL BILL by Fiscal Resource ; Horne
Taxation; specifies time period within which DOR & DBPR may determine & assess amount of certain taxes, penalties, or interest due beginning July 1, 2002; provides that Fla. Elections Commission, rather than DOR, shall have responsibility for collecting civil penalties for violation of specified provisions; provides exemption for use of specified percentage of nonresidual fuel to produce electrical or steam energy, etc. Amends FS.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law except as otherwise provided
