GENERAL BILL by Stansel ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Casey

Construction; provides for licensing of locally licensed contractors; provides for timely payment for nonconstruction services; revises language re timely payment for purchases of construction services, procedures for calculation of payment due dates, mandatory interest, & improper invoices & resolution of disputes; provides for recovery of court costs & attorney's fees under certain circumstances, etc. Amends FS.
