Child Support; requires judges of compensation claims to consider interests of worker & worker's family when approving settlements of workers' compensation claims; requires recovery of any childsupport arrearage from those settlements; specifies that exemptions from creditors' claims on workers' compensation payments or settlements do not extend to claims of child support, etc. Amends 61.13,.30.
