Schools & Colleges/Dual Enrollment; clarifies duty of Education Commissioner re common course designation & numbering system for postsecondary education in school districts; requires Articulation Coordinating Committee to identify & recommend to State Board of Educ. postsecondary courses that meet high school graduation requirements; revises number of hours that equal one full credit; requires school districts to annually assess & meet demand for dual enrollment, etc. Amends FS.
