Space Industry; expands purpose of Florida Space Research Institute; creates Space Industry Workforce Initiative; requires Workforce Development Board of Enterprise Florida, Inc., to develop initiatives to address workforce needs of industry; creates Florida Space-Industry Research-Development Program to finance space-related research projects & programs, etc. Amends 331.368, 212.20; creates 331.3685.
