Economic Development; creates Community & Faith-based Organizations initiative within Institute on Urban Policy & Commerce at FAMU; expands purpose of Florida Space Research Institute; provides exemption from sales tax for building materials used in construction of certain single-family homes located in enterprise zone, empowerment zone, or Front Porch Florida Community; provides for creation & purpose of Toolkit for Economic Development, etc. Amends 212.08, 331.368. APPROPRIATION: $25,000,000.
