GENERAL BILL by Judiciary ; Laurent
Judiciary; provides basis for funding court system, public defender's offices, state attorneys' offices, & court-related functions of clerks of court; provides for establishment of pilot projects in three counties to fund costs of conflict counsel; creates Joint Legislative Committee on Article V; requires judicial branch to submit performance-based program budget; creates Supreme Court Workload Study Commission, etc. Amends Ch. 216, 35.05; creates 11.75.
Effective Date: 06/07/2000 except s. 8 takes effect 07/01/2001
