Telecommunications; creates Communications Services Tax Simplification Law; provides for taxation of sale of communications services, effective October 1, 2001; provides for computation of tax rates by Revenue Estimating Conference & for approval by Legislature; provides for payment & collection of taxes on communications; provides for sales for resale; provides requirements for registration of dealers of communications services, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $3,785,028.
