GENERAL BILL by Governmental Oversight and Productivity ; Governmental Oversight and Productivity
Retirement; redefines terms "system," "average final compensation," "normal retirement date," "System Trust Fund," "vested," & "vesting" re FRS; directs State Board of Administration to establish optional defined contribution retirement program for members of FRS; provides for eligibility & retirement service credit; provides vesting requirements & benefits; provides for social security & health insurance subsidy coverage, etc. Amends Ch. 121, 112.363. APPROPRIATION: $1,550,000.
