GENERAL BILL by Regulated Industries ; Webster

Florida Prompt Payment Act; provides for timely payment for nonconstruction services; revises provisions governing timely payment for purchases of construction services; revises provisions re procedures for calculation of payment due dates; revises provisions re bond of contractor constructing public buildings; requires OPPAGA in consultation with Legislative Committee on Intergovernmental Relations to conduct study of construction retainage methods, etc. Amends FS.
