Schools & Colleges/Dual Enrollment; (THIS BILL COMBINES S1470,2424) clarifies duty of Education Commissioner re common course designation & numbering system for postsecondary education in school districts; requires Articulation Coordinating Committee to identify & recommend to State Board of Education postsecondary courses that meet high school graduation requirements; provides for award of credit toward graduation requirements for equivalent courses, etc. Amends FS.
