GENERAL BILL by Governmental Operations ; Health Care Services ; Peaden
Public Records Exemption; provides exemption from public records requirements for identifying information contained in personal health records made or received by Health Dept. or its service providers; specifies conditions under which such information may be released; provides for future review & repeal; provides finding of public necessity. Amends 119.07.
