Information Technologies/Workforce; provides for development of 2-year vocational & technical distance-learning curriculum for information-technology workers; provides for internship opportunities for high school & postsecondary said technology vocational faculty & students in said technology businesses; requires State Board of Community Colleges to identify training programs for broadband-digital-media specialists, etc. Creates 239.521, 240.710; amends 240.311,.3341. APPROPRIATION: $3,000,000.
