Drug-free Workplaces; cites act as "Florida Government Drug-Free Workplace Act"; provides additional purpose of Drug Control Office; transfers, renumbers & amends provisions re drug-free workplace programs; provides for eligibility for certain rate discounts under certain circumstances; requires reporting identities of certain insurers; requires employers to provide education of employees, etc. Amends Chs. 112, 397, 440, 442, 443, 627.
