Teachers/Professional Development; provides for funding of Project Teach Tuition Stipend Program from Educational Enhancement TF; provides for establishment of model peer assistance & review programs; includes additional professional development activities in School Community Professional Development Act; creates Project Teach Tuition Stipend Program; provides for retesting fee & program under Excellent Teaching Program, etc. Amends Chs. 231, 236, 24.121.
