Adverse Determinations in Medicine; amends provision re quality assurance program requirements for certain managed-care organizations; allows rendering of adverse determinations by physicians licensed in Florida or states with similar requirements; requires submission of facts & documentation pertaining to rendered adverse determinations; provides timeframe for organizations to submit facts & documentation to providers & subscribers in writing, etc. Amends 641.51.
