GENERAL BILL by Health Care Licensing & Regulation ; Fasano

Physician Licensure; provides for temporary certification for visiting physicians to practice in approved cancer centers; provides certification requirements & fees; provides for approval of cancer centers & annual review of such approval; waives application & licensure fees for physicians obtaining temporary certificate to practice in areas of critical need under certain circumstances, etc. Creates 458.3135; amends 458.315,.345, 459.021.
