GENERAL BILL by Health Care Licensing & Regulation ; Fasano ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Crist

Health Care; provides appropriation for continued review of clinical laboratory services for kidney dialysis patients & requires report thereon; creates Florida Commission on Excellence in Health Care; revises general licensing provisions for professions under jurisdiction of Health Dept.; provides for processing of applications from foreign or nonresident applicants not yet having social security number, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $291,000.
