Health Care/Social Anxiety Disorder; require AHCA to pay for medically necessary treatment of social anxiety disorder; requires health insurance policies, insurers, HMOs, & nonprofit health care services that provide mental health benefits to provide coverage for treatment of social anxiety disorder; provides for unenforceability of policies or contracts not providing such coverage, etc. Creates 409.9051, 627.64091,.6681; amends 641.31.
