Commission on Homeless; creates said commission within Executive Office of Governor; provides for membership of commission; requires commission to review problems of homeless & propose solutions for reducing homelessness; requires commission to hold specified number of public meetings; provides requirements for written report by commission; provides for commission members to be reimbursed for travel & per diem expenses; authorizes commission to employ executive director, etc. APPROPRIATION: $250,000.
