Children/Secure Facility; provides for physically secure settings for children in need of services; authorizes Juvenile Justice Dept. to establish such settings; provides for waiver of child's right to counsel at court appearances; authorizes court to place child in physically secure setting under prescribed circumstances; provides duration of stay in such setting; provides grounds for transfer of jurisdiction of child to CFS Dept., etc. Amends 984.226.
