GENERAL BILL by Health, Aging and Long-Term Care ; Saunders ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Myers ; Dyer ; Latvala
Pharmacists/Licensure by Endorsement; authorizes licensure of pharmacists by endorsement & provides requirements therefor, including fee; provides for disciplinary actions against pharmacy permittees for interfering with or attempting to interfere with professional judgment of pharmacist in practice of profession of pharmacy. Creates 465.0075; amends 465.023.
