Guardianship; requires emergency temporary guardian to file certain information under certain circumstances; prohibits certain persons from serving as professional guardians; requires guardians to submit to periodic credit & criminal investigation; requires certain petition to contain specified information; requires initial guardianship report to be served on family members of ward, etc. Amends Ch. 744.
