HB 1811: Disposition of Traffic Fines
GENERAL BILL by Rubio
Disposition of Traffic Fines; revises language re fee distributed to counties from each moving traffic violation to be used for participation in intergovernmental radio communication program; provides for use of such funds if county is not participating in such program or if municipality maintains radio communication program independent of county. Amends 318.21.
