GENERAL BILL by Merchant

Driver's License Suspension/DUI; requires use of ignition interlock device for certain time period for persons convicted of second or subsequent time for driving under influence; provides for license suspension under certain circumstances; clarifies bloodalcohol & breathalcohol levels that are unlawful; prescribes waiting period before temporary driving permit becomes effective; authorizes use of blood tests obtained pursuant to other investigations, etc. Amends 316.1937, 322.2616.
