GENERAL BILL by Real Property & Probate ; Maygarden ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Casey ; Crist
Property Rights; amends certain provision re county or municipality action re abandoned cemeteries; provides that amounts paid by taxpayer in error because of error in tax notice must be refunded by tax collector or applied to taxes actually due; amends certain provision which provides exemptions for nonprofit homes for aged; exempts certain not for profit water & wastewater systems from ad valorem taxation, etc. Amends Chs. 497, 197, 196, 192.
