CS/SB 1924: Security of Communications

GENERAL BILL by Judiciary ; Brown-Waite

Security of Communications; prohibits certain disclosure or attempted disclosure of intercepted communications; deletes prostitution as offense for which interception of communications may be authorized; provides for emergency interception of certain communications; requires provider of electronic or remote computer service to provide certain information when subpoenaed; revises grounds for issuance of court order for disclosure, etc. Amends Ch. 934.
