GENERAL BILL by Fiscal Policy ; Health, Aging and Long-Term Care ; Silver
Nursing; amends part XV of provisions re certified nursing assistants, & transfers said part to chapter on Nursing, to transfer from Health Dept. to Board of Nursing responsibility & rulemaking authority for regulation of certified nursing assistants; authorizes licensed practical nurses in nursing home facilities to supervise activities of other licensed practical nurses, certified nursing assistants, & other unlicensed personnel, etc. Amends FS.
