Florida Education Finance Program; establishes exceptional student education guaranteed allocation; revises provisions re instruction outside required number of school days; revises exclusion provisions of computation of district required local effort; requires plaintiffs to provide district school board & DOE certain documentation in litigation affecting assessed value of real property above specified amount, etc. Creates 236.026; amends Ch. 236.
