Schools & Colleges; provides for award of high school diploma to certain honorably discharged World War II veterans; clarifies duty of Education Commissioner re common course designation & numbering system for postsecondary education in school districts; requires Articulation Coordinating Committee to identify & recommend to State Board of Education postsecondary courses that meet high school graduation requirements, etc. Amends FS.
