GENERAL BILL by Children & Families ; Murman ; Pruitt ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Casey
Child Care & Early Intervention; authorizes CFS Dept. to increase family income limits for certain eligibility for subsidized child care; provides that eligible family shall be considered needy family for federal Temporary Assistance for Needy Families funding, subject to appropriations; establishes Teacher Education & Compensation Helps (TEACH) scholarship program; establishes program to provide statewide network of child care health consultation services, etc. Amends Ch. 402, 409.178.
