GENERAL BILL by Governmental Oversight and Productivity ; Criminal Justice

Corrections Department; provides legislative intent re release of information to public which concerns persons under community supervision by said dept.; provides requirements re equipment provided to probation officers by dept.; requires dept. to submit information technology plan to Legislature; provides that offender who is convicted of or has adjudication withheld for specified offenses may not be placed on probation or community control, etc. Amends FS.
