Protection of Vulnerable Persons; provides employment screening requirements for hospice personnel; provides penalties; revises definition of "health care services pool"; provides background screening requirements for applicants for registration, managing employees, & financial officers of such entities, & certain others; requires such entities to obtain certificate of registration from AHCA; revises responsibilities re temporary employees, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $60,000.
