Affordable Housing; revises allocations of private activity bonds for Fla. First Business projects; specifies use of Fla. First Business allocation pool for priority projects before using regional allocation pools; requires availability of state allocation pool for certain purposes; creates Florida Front Porch Housing Initiative; provides powers of Florida Housing Finance Corporation; repeals provision re State Housing Tax Credit Program, etc. Amends FS.
