GENERAL BILL by Health, Aging and Long-Term Care ; Forman
Unlicensed Assisted Living Facility; requires field offices of AHCA to establish local coordinating workgroups to identify operation of unlicensed assisted living facilities & to develop plan to enforce state laws re such facilities; requires health care practitioners to report known operations of such facilities; requires paramedics & EMTs to report acts of abuse committed against disabled adult or elderly person, etc. Amends Chs. 400, 415.
