GENERAL BILL by Community Colleges & Career Prep ; Harrington
Postsecondary Education Institutions; establishes legislative intent that funding formulas not penalize institutions for certain actions; requires each school bd. or community college district bd. of trustees to determine method for distributing certain awards; deletes requirement that repayment of Critical Teacher Shortage Student Loan be made directly to holder of loan; revises general student eligibility requirements for Fla. Bright Futures Scholarship, etc. Amends FS.
