GENERAL BILL by Comprehensive Planning, Local and Military Affairs ; Mitchell

Indigent Hospital Patients; requires that counties accept specified documents, forms, & other information provided by participating hospital or regional referral hospital; provides for excluding activeduty military personnel & certain institutionalized county residents from state population estimates when calculating county's financial responsibility for hospitals' treatment of specific county's indigent residents. Amends 154.306.
