GENERAL BILL by Banking and Insurance ; Holzendorf
Reinsurance Credit; revises definition of term "covered policy" for purposes of coverage by Fla. Hurricane Catastrophe Fund; sets conditions for allowance of credit for reinsurance; provides for grounds for denial or revocation of an assuming insurer's accreditation; provides criteria for disallowance of credit for reinsurance for ceding insurer; provides for inclusion of certain HMOs within term "ceding insurer", etc. Amends 215.555, 624.610.
