CS/SB 2318: School Emergency Preparedness
GENERAL BILL by Education ; Dawson ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Klein
School Emergency Preparedness; requires district school boards to establish emergency preparedness procedures for certain life-threatening emergencies; requires each district school board to adopt emergency management & emergency preparedness procedures according to minimum standards & model procedures established by DOE; provides guidelines for minimum standards & model procedures adopted by dept., etc. Amends 230.23, 232.465, 235.14.
