GENERAL BILL by Fiscal Policy ; Health, Aging and Long-Term Care ; Campbell

Health Care; revises general licensing provisions for professions under jurisdiction of Health Dept.; provides for processing of applications from foreign or nonresident applicants not yet having social security number; provides for temporary licensure of such applicants; expands prohibition against sexual misconduct to cover violations against guardians & representatives of patients or clients, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $230,000.
