Nursing Homes/Health Care Facilities; defines "nursing home bed"; modifies provisions re consumer satisfaction surveys; authorizes AHCA to adopt rules; requires signed order by physician when nursing home initiates transfer or discharge of resident; provides time requirement for notice of discharge or transfer to certain persons; modifies requirements for consumer information reporting; authorizes agency to adopt rules, etc. Amends Ch. 400, 397.405.
